Troy Allen

Troy Allen is a Professor and Chair in the Aviation Technology department at the Bailey College of Engineering & Technology, Indiana State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana State University (2006), an M.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (1999), and a B.S. in Aviation Administration from Indiana State University (1989). He has served in key administrative roles including Associate Dean and Acting Dean, reflecting his leadership and institutional commitment.
