Tricia Pal is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Management Department at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Research from Texas Tech, an MA in Higher Education from Boston College, and a BS in Management with a Marketing Concentration from Boston College. Her research focuses on leadership, organizational culture/climate, gender dynamics in leadership roles, and innovative teaching practices like service learning and course accessibility.
Pal’s career includes prior roles as a part-time instructor and adjunct professor in higher education programs, alongside experience as an instructional designer at TTU’s eLearning & Academic Partnerships, where she collaborated with faculty to enhance online and hybrid course design. Her research spans topics such as women STEM faculty career progression, gender perceptions of leadership, and transfer student experiences in vertical education systems.
