Caren Fullerton is an Adjunct Professor in the Area of Management at the Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Applied Economics (with a focus on Management) from Texas Tech University, an MS in Agriculture in Land Economics from Texas A&M University, and a BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
Her research interests include family-owned enterprises, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Family Firm Institute. Before academia, Fullerton worked in commercial banking, supporting diverse clients such as a supermarket chain, a hospital entity, and an Australian oil company with international operations. During her banking career, she received multiple sales awards and contributed to governmental reporting in the accounting sector.
