Lecturer Travis Blackmer is affiliated with the University of Maine's School of Economics, specializing in online instruction and materials management. His research addresses food waste, solid waste policy, and Maine’s materials management systems.
Education: B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Maine. His work includes leading projects like LD 1534 Report: Waste is not the Maine Way and managing the Food Rescue Maine initiative. He serves as the Student Athlete Faculty Liaison for the Baseball team, providing academic support and professional development.
