Tran Nguyen

Tran Nguyen is an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center, affiliated with the Division of Hospital Medicine. She joined the faculty in 2022 and serves as a hospitalist at Parkland Health & Hospital System.

• Education: Bachelor's in Biology from University of Houston (summa cum laude), Medical Degree from UT Southwestern, and Internal Medicine residency training there.

Research Interests: Focuses on medical education, point-of-care ultrasound applications, and quality improvement initiatives in clinical settings.

• Professional Affiliations: Texas Medical Society, American College of Physicians.

Personal Interests: Enjoys family time, cooking, origami, and watercolor painting.
