Dr. Traesha Robertson serves as an Associate Professor of Biology at the College of Coastal Georgia, where she also curates the institution's herbarium and greenhouse. Additionally, she contributes as an advising scientist for the TIDES Laboratory, a multi-institutional undergraduate research initiative centered on the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System.
Her educational background includes:
- B.S. in Biology from Angelo State University
- M.S. in Biology/Plant Ecology from Sul Ross State University
- Ph.D. in Biology/Plant Physiology from Texas Tech University
Dr. Robertson's research centers on plant ecology with primary focus on phenology and plant distribution responses to climate change.
