Dr. Tracy Ross is a Senior Lecturer in People-Centred Design and Co-Director of Internal Communications at Loughborough University's School of Design and Creative Arts, within the Design for Future Living department. Her expertise lies in user-centric design of technology-driven innovations, particularly in transport, mobile, and social systems. She holds a BSc in Ergonomics and a PhD from Loughborough University, focusing on user participation in transport service innovations.
