Tracy Phillips

Tracy Phillips is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Busch School of Business, The Catholic University of America. She is also the owner of TMP Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in human resources and organizational development, and serves as a Leadership Consultant with the Catholic Leadership Institute. Her expertise spans human resources, training & development, management leadership, and organization development, with a focus on small and entrepreneurial companies.

Education: M.S. in Training and Organization Development from Saint Joseph’s University, and a B.A. in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) from The Pennsylvania State University. She previously served as HR Director for a market research firm, building their HR function from scratch.

Tracy actively contributes to her local community, serving on her school board and participating in parish activities, including roles as lector and member of the respect life team at Saint Peter Parish.
