Patrice S Renee

Patrice S Renee, Ed.D., is an Adjunct Professor at Widener University, teaching in the Organizational Development & Leadership programs (BA and MA). She concurrently serves as the human resources department lead at Thomas Jefferson University’s East Falls Campus and is the founder of P.S. Renee, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and strategic management for small and minority-owned businesses.

Publications: Contributed to Diverse Issues in Higher Education (2019), analyzing Black first-generation doctoral students' use of community cultural wealth.
