Tracy Nicholson (She/Her) is an Assistant Professor and Program Chair of Human Resource Management at the School of Professional & Continuing Studies, University of Richmond. She teaches graduate courses and leads the HR Management program.
- Research Focus: Human resource management in public/nonprofit sectors, organization theory, and social policy implementation
- Professional Background: HR leadership roles in higher education, state/local government, and community-based nonprofit evaluation
