Tracy Bye is a Senior Lecturer in Animal Science at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), where she joined in September 2023. Previously, she held roles at the University of Oxford as Deputy Director of Education in the Department of Oncology and at Bishop Burton College as a Lecturer in Equine Science. She has extensive industry experience as a rider, coach, and trainer of young horses.
