Tracy Boahene is a Lecturer in Law at the Salford Business School, University of Salford. Originally from Ghana, she pursued a PhD in Law at Salford after completing a Psychology undergraduate degree, a Master’s in Commercial Law in Ghana, and private legal practice. Her research focuses on public and private international law, foreign investment law, and investor-state arbitration, with a particular emphasis on state compliance and enforcement mechanisms in international investment agreements.

Research Interests: Tracy’s work examines the efficacy of international investment regimes in regulating state and investor behaviors. She emphasizes the intersection of legal principles and practical enforcement in global investment disputes.
