Martin Jarrett

Dr. Martin Jarrett is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, with adjunct positions at Goethe University Frankfurt and honorary fellowship at the University of Western Australia. His academic qualifications include a Doctor of Laws (summa cum laude) from University of Mannheim, Graduate Diploma from College of Law Sydney, and Bachelor's degrees from University of Newcastle, Australia.
