Tracy Betsinger is Adjunct Professor and Chair of Anthropology at SUNY Oneonta. A bioarchaeologist, she analyzes health patterns in historic/prehistoric populations, examining social status, gender, age, and mortuary practices. Collaborates with Amy Scott on Halifax historic cemetery research.
Fieldwork includes British/Polish historic sites and prehistoric Southeastern U.S. contexts. Holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology with bioarchaeology specialization.
