Tracy Anderson is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Technology, Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, where she has worked since 2019. Her research and teaching focus on employment dynamics, collaborative work, and organizational performance.

Her publications address topics like coworker departures, organizational outsourcing, and recruitment practices in the legal profession.
