Traci Wolbrink

Traci Wolbrink is an Associate Professor of Anaesthesia at Harvard Medical School and Senior Associate in Critical Care Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. She holds leadership roles as Co-Director of OPENPediatrics and Program Director for the Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine. Her academic focus centers on innovative educational modalities, particularly digital platforms for global healthcare education. She completed her MD at Michigan State University (2003), MPH at Harvard School of Public Health (2011), and residencies/fellowships at Brown University and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Her research emphasizes e-learning tools like the OPENPediatrics platform, designed to share pediatric critical care knowledge globally through videos, simulations, and forums. Recent work explores AI applications in medical education, accessibility of digital resources, and pandemic-era shifts in healthcare training.
