Traci Cipriano, PhD, JD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry’s Law and Psychiatry Division at Yale School of Medicine. She holds a JD from the University of Connecticut (1997) and a PhD in Clinical Psychology (2007) from the same institution. Her research focuses on mental health, well-being, and sustainable practices within the legal profession. She authored "The Thriving Lawyer: A Multidimensional Model of Well-Being for a Sustainable Legal Profession" (2024), advocating for healthier work environments and systemic changes in legal culture.
