Tracey Robertson Bell

Tracey Robertson Bell is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Duke University and specializes in neonatal care and global nursing education.

• Education: BSN and MSN from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill; DNP from Duke University

Dr. Bell focuses on expanding the nursing role and scope of practice globally and addressing diversity gaps in nursing education. Her work includes international curriculum development for neonatal nurses and advocating for strategies to increase minority representation in nursing programs and faculty.

She serves as a section editor for Case Studies in the journal Advances in Neonatal Care and holds leadership roles in professional organizations such as the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) and the Academy of Neonatal Nursing (ANN). Notable recognition includes the NANN APRN Excellence Award.
