Tracey L. Hamilton

Tracey L. Hamilton is Senior Litigation Counsel at Beneva Inc. and a part-time Lecturer at Lincoln Alexander School of Law, where she taught the inaugural Disability Law course in 2023-2024. She specializes in disability and tort litigation with extensive courtroom experience across Ontario courts and tribunals. Her professional expertise includes civil litigation, insurance law, and health law.
