Toschia M. Hogan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, Saint Louis University. Her research focuses on leader-follower interactions, intergroup relations, and organizational crises, particularly their impacts on marginalized groups. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Her work has been published in top journals like Personnel Psychology and Organizational Psychology Review. She teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Hogan’s research explores how workplace events and crises affect employee creativity and organizational policies, with a focus on equity for women, minorities, and people with disabilities.
