Torstein Nesheim

Torstein Nesheim is a Senior Researcher at the SNF Foundation, holding a PhD and Professor title. His work focuses on organizational structure challenges in project-based and matrix organizations, with expertise in knowledge management, human resource management, and public sector innovation.
