Dr. Toralf Pusch is a German economist specializing in labor market analysis, currently heading the Labor Market Analysis Department at the WSI (Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliches Institut) within the Hans Böckler Foundation. He studied business mathematics at the University of Rostock (1997-2003) and earned his doctorate from the University of Hamburg (2005-2009). His research focuses on quality of employment, minimum wage impacts, and employment retention strategies.
