Yvonne Lott

Dr. Yvonne Lott is the Head of the research unit Gender Research at the Institute of Economic and Social Research (WSI), an independent academic institute within the Hans-Böckler-Foundation. She obtained her PhD in Sociology at the University of Bremen and has held various research positions at institutions including DIW Berlin and WSI.

Her research focuses on working hours, flexible working schemes, work-life balance, social inequality, and methodological approaches like quantitative methods and longitudinal analyses.
