Tony Halmos is a Visiting Professor at the Policy Institute at King's College London since 2015. He previously served as Director of the King’s Commission on London (2015-2018) and Director of Public Relations at the City of London Corporation (1994 onward). His career includes roles in political organizations such as the Social Democratic Party and Hill and Knowlton.
Education: B.A. from Wadham College, Oxford and studies at the University of Illinois.
Research interests focus on public policy, urban governance, and strategic communications, informed by his extensive experience in governmental and organizational communications. His work on the 800th Magna Carta anniversary earned him the 2017 OBE.

He advises on high-profile civic projects and regularly engages students, including facilitating meetings with London's Mayor Sadiq Khan.
