Tomáš Strážay

Mgr. Tomáš Strážay, PhD., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Public International Law and International Relations within the Faculty of Law at Paneuropean University, Bratislava. His academic work centers on Central European regional dynamics, EU integration, and post-communist political transitions.
