Tommy Carrington is an Associate Professor at Taylor University, affiliated with the Biblical Studies, Christian Ministries, Intercultural Studies & Philosophy Department. He brings over three decades of ministry experience and has served as an adjunct professor for 20 years prior to joining Taylor full-time.

Carrington's career spans roles as Youth Ministry Leader, Director of Strategic Partnerships in Ministry, and President/Founder of a faith-based nonprofit. At Taylor, he aims to equip students with tools for effective ministry leadership through a servant-leader model.
