Tomasz Siwowski

Prof. Tomasz Siwowski, PhD, DSc, Eng., is the Head of the Department of Roads and Bridges at the Faculty of Civil, Environmental Engineering and Architecture, Rzeszów University of Technology. Appointed as the Minister of Science's representative to the Scientific Council of the Road and Bridge Research Institute, he specializes in structural analysis, composite materials, fatigue strength, and infrastructure durability. His work bridges academic research with practical applications in large-scale infrastructure projects.
