Tom van den Eertwegh serves as a Teacher researcher at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, specializing in interdisciplinary work at the intersection of psychology, pedagogy, art, and culture. He is currently leading the "Building Talent" project (Children's Rights Tour) in the Hart van Brabant region through collaboration with the Youth Innovation Network.
