Tom Fletcher is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bath, affiliated with IAAPS. His research focuses on hydrogen powertrains, fuel cells, and low-carbon transport solutions. He has expertise in hybrid vehicle thermal management, fuel cell degradation mechanisms, and transmission control. Current projects include Virtual Sensing for Fuel Cell Degradation Management and the HEIDI Drivetrain Initiative funded by Innovate UK.
