Tolu Oyelowo is a Clinical Professor and Clinician at the College of Chiropractic, Northwestern Health Sciences University. He holds a DC from Northwestern Health Sciences University, a PhD from Walden University, and additional degrees including an MS from New England College and a BA from the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on women’s health, cultural competency, and public health, emphasizing minority and diversity issues in healthcare.
Dr. Oyelowo has authored influential works such as A Guide to Womens Health (2018) and God Is Love (2015), and contributed to peer-reviewed journals like the Journal of Alternative Medicine Research and Journal of Chiropractic Humanities. His awards include the NWHSU Biofreeze Humanitarian Award (2010) and the American Black Chiropractic Association Doctor of the Year (2001).
He has secured funding through grants like the Carolyn Foundation (2012, 2007) and General Mills Communities of Color (2010), supporting initiatives in healthcare equity and community outreach.
