Todor Kolarov

Todor Kolarov is an Associate Professor at New Bulgarian University and a Professor at the American University in Bulgaria. He holds a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University and Georgetown University, a PhD in International Public Law from Plovdiv University, and a DSc in Security from NBU. His expertise spans anti-money laundering, civil confiscation, and international legal frameworks.
