Todor Kesarovski is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Safety, Economics and Planning at the Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Stavanger, Norway. He has been a PhD Research Fellow at IØRP since 2019, contributing to the 'Smart Densification for Sustainable Cities' project.
