Todd Nicholas Fuist is an Associate Professor of Sociology, Chair of the Sociology Program, and Director of Criminology at Illinois Wesleyan University. His academic work centers on the intersection of identity, culture, and power structures.
Research Focus: Fuist investigates sociological phenomena in politics, religion, subcultures, and environmental activism. His current manuscript examines strategies of successful environmental movements against powerful opponents.
