Todd Friends is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics and Business at Whitworth University, serving since 2008. With a 25-year corporate career spanning global service operations, leadership development, and cross-cultural management at firms like American Express and Bank of America, he brings extensive industry experience into academia.
