Dr. Toby Coley is a Professor at the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor (College of Humanities and Sciences), specializing in Rhetoric and Composition, British Literature, and Religion and Literature. He serves as editor of UMHB's literary journal The Windhover and directs its biennial Windhover Writers' Festival.
