Tobias Schmidt is a full Professor at ETH Zurich and Director of the Institute of Science, Technology and Policy. He leads the Energy and Technology Policy Group (EPG), focusing on the interaction between energy policy, politics, and technological change in energy systems across diverse economic contexts.
