Tobias Huep

Prof. Dr. iur. Tobias Huep is a Professor at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU) and serves as the Dean of Studies for the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Management program. He teaches courses in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Family and Inheritance Law, Intellectual Property Law, and European Union Law, with a focus on practical applications in corporate crisis management and labor law.

His research interests span legal frameworks for corporate restructuring, EU law implications in business, and specialized areas of intellectual property and obligations law. He is involved in practical seminars with industry representatives and leads additional events addressing real-world challenges for GmbH managing directors during insolvency.
