Tobias Bornemann

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tobias Bornemann holds a Cooperative Professorship for Production & Lean Management at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, while also serving as Head of Product Management for Autonomous Mobile Robotics at Continental AG. His work bridges theory and practice in areas such as Lean Management, Industrial Engineering, and Smart Factory through teaching, research, and industry collaboration.

His research focuses on Intralogistics, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, and Agile Product Development. He leads projects at the Research Lab for Urban Transport (ReLUT) and contributes to the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM), where he co-developed a learning factory.
