Tobias Alfvén is a Professor/Specialist Physician at Karolinska Institutet's Department of Global Public Health, where he leads the Global Child Health and the Sustainable Development Goals research group. His work spans 15+ countries with active projects in Nigeria, Uganda, Vietnam, DRC, and Sweden. Key roles include co-chair of the Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Health (KI-Makerere University partnership) and leadership in global health diplomacy initiatives.
