Titus Yong

Titus Yong holds the position of Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the Department of Strategy and Policy at the NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. His professional background includes extensive experience in consulting, venture capital, private equity, and serving as CEO of a human resource assessment firm. He has trained managers in multinational corporations and contributed to social organizations through Board memberships.

His research interests focus on Innovation for value creation, Enterprises for social change, and Life strategy, integrating strategic policy frameworks with business practices to drive societal impact.

He has advised the John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition in Canada and the NUS Entrepreneurship Society, fostering innovation and leadership development.
