Julian Pan is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Strategy & Policy Department of NUS Business School. He is also the Executive Chairman and CEO of SEMICAPS Corporation, leading semiconductor equipment manufacturing and failure analysis services. Previously, he co-founded Lean Care Solutions (healthcare analytics) and EndoPil (medical devices). His expertise spans entrepreneurship, venture capital, and technology strategy.
- Education: BSc and MSc in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan (2010, 2012).

He actively advises startups and serves on venture committees, including First Rays Venture Partner and Green Meadows Accelerator.
