Tisha S. Wang

Dr. Tisha S. Wang is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and Clinical Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. She specializes in pulmonary and critical care medicine, with a focus on pulmonary complications of liver disease, rare lung diseases like PAP, and sleep disorders. Her clinical practice addresses conditions such as asthma, COPD, and pulmonary embolism.

Dr. Wang graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch (2002) and completed residencies and fellowships at UCLA. She is board certified in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. She leads the PAP Foundation as Clinical Director and VP, and chairs the Education Committee for the American Thoracic Society.

Her research emphasizes PAP and hepatopulmonary syndrome. Recognitions include Super Doctors and Top Doctors awards. She advocates for women in medicine, medical education, and rare disease patient advocacy.
