Tish King is an Instructor at the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Nursing. She holds a BSN from Memorial University of Newfoundland (1989) and an MN from the University of Saskatchewan (1994). Her research focuses on nursing education, family-centered care, clinical partnerships, and school health initiatives. She leads the Safe SHIP program, fostering community partnerships in school health. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes empowerment, critical social theory, and learner inclusiveness.
