Dr. Tinukwa Boulder is a Professor of Practice and Associate Department Chair in the Department of Teaching, Learning and Leading at the School of Education, University of Pittsburgh. She also serves as the Director of Innovative Technologies and Online Learning in the Office of the Dean, with expertise in instructional design, faculty development, and innovative technology integration.
