معرفی
Tingting Wang is a Research Fellow in the Department of Microbial Pathogenesis at Yale School of Medicine. Her research focuses on microbial pathogenesis, immunology, cancer biology, and reproductive biology. She investigates mechanisms underlying host-microbe interactions, oncogenic signaling pathways, and mitochondrial dynamics in oocyte maturation. Recent contributions include studies on Candida-induced immune responses, anticancer natural products from marine organisms, and interventions for aging-related reproductive decline.
Key research areas include:
- Candida albicans pathogenesis and extracellular vesicle-mediated inflammation
- Cancer initiation via c-MYC activation in catecholaminergic cells
- Mitophagy regulation in oocyte function
- Microbiome-immunity interactions in gastrointestinal health
Her work bridges microbiology, oncology, and reproductive medicine, with translational potential in drug development and therapeutic strategies for age-related disorders.
