Tingmingke Lu

Dr. Tingmingke Lu is an Assistant Professor (postdoc) at the Department of Economics, WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. His research focuses on Environmental Economics, Urban Economics, and Industrial Organization. He has contributed to studies on emission taxation policies, urban transport congestion charges, and sustainable urban development.
