Prof. Ting Jen-Fang is a Professor at the Department of Political Science and Institute of Political Economy at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He served as a Visiting Scholar at the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan, University of Tübingen, from May 17 to June 1, 2013. His academic background includes a B.A. and M.A. from National Taiwan University's Political Science Department and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
