Dr. Ting Huang is an Assistant Professor in Public Management at Queen Mary University of London (School of Business and Management, Department of Business and Society). She holds a PhD in Management from Aarhus University and dual master's degrees in Public Management and Social Development from Copenhagen Business School and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research focuses on public management, leadership diversity, organizational behavior, and policy processes. Key interests include strategic leadership in public organizations, executive succession effects, and the societal impacts of gender diversity in government.
