Tine Stein

Prof. Dr. Tine Stein is a Professor of Political Science at the Institute of Social Sciences at CAU Kiel. Previously, she held academic positions at institutions including the Free University Berlin, New School for Social Research (New York), University of Cologne, and served as a temporary professor for Political Theory at the University of Bremen. Her research focuses on transnational governance, cosmopolitan citizenship, and the intersection of legal foundations with political theory. She was a Heisenberg Scholarship holder at the Rule of Law Center (2009) and contributed to the WZB's research unit 'Transnational Conflicts and International Institutions' (2007–2008).
