Tina Weber is a Part-time Senior Lecturer at the Gordon Institute, part of the School of Engineering at Tufts University. She specializes in market strategy, business planning, and entrepreneurship. Weber is the founder/CEO of A Starting Line and creator of the Lean Startup Challenge, a startup accelerator program. Previously, she held roles including Chief Engagement Officer at GearSay.com, and worked at eBay Enterprise/e-Dialog and Digitas.
Her teaching focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation, instructing courses such as Entrepreneurship & Business Plan and Entrepreneurship & Innovation Bootcamp since 2016. She has designed curricula emphasizing lean startup methodologies and practical business strategy.
Weber’s professional experience spans marketing technology consulting and corporate leadership, complementing her academic contributions. She maintains an active role in mentoring startups through her programs and industry collaborations.
